Yesterday the website, Complex released a list of the 11 most hated people of 2016 (besides Donald Trump). Since it was such a good click bait title I decided to give it a look. It’s disgustingly bad. I think I owe it to the people of Complex to respond to their atrocity of a list and explain how they can do better in 2016.
Martin Shkreli– This dude is the douche that raised prices on people’s life saving medication. Guy is a douche. I can’t argue him being on the list. You win this one Complex.
Brock Turner– I’m not gonna try and argue on this little shit’s behalf. Complex is off to a roaring start.
Ryan Lochte- Hate is a strong word to describe ol’ Ryan. I used to like him back when he was pulling in the medals that Phelps decided not to get. Drunkenly pissing in the streets of Rio doesn’t make me hate him. It makes me appreciate the fact that he was trying to assimilate with the Brazilian culture. Lochte is a precious fool. Hating him won’t do anyone any good.
Nate Parker– Never heard of him. I don’t think I can hate someone that I’ve never heard of. Sorry Complex, get some popular people to hate.
Tomi Lahren– Fuck off Complex. Tomi Lahren is a smoke show. If you don’t agree with what she’s saying, just watch her videos with the volume off. It’s a strange way to spend 3 minutes, but not the worst way. You can’t hate a hot blond. That’s just science.
Clowns– No. Clowns are not uniquely hated by 2016. Clowns have been hated by every year since 1916. The fact that they still exist makes no sense. They aren’t funny. They aren’t even remotely amusing and everyone who ever thought they were died in the Great War.
Milo Yiannopoulos– This guy is a troll. Like, that’s his job. Its what he gets paid to do. The fact that he made this list only proves that he is good at his job. Way to go Complex, you’re only encouraging him.
James Comey– I’m secretly believe that Comey’s family was held hostage in Russia during the election and wouldn’t be released unless Trump won the election. Until that is disproven I am going to say he doesn’t deserve blame for Trump’s presidency. The poor guy was just trying to save his family. Putin should be the one on here. If you want to blame anyone for Trump it should be the guy who engaged our country in cyber warfare to get him elected.
Taylor Swift– WHAT THE FUCK??????? That is ridiculous. Hate her cause you ain’t her, Complex. I’ve said it before, Taylor clearly won that beef with Kanye. If that’s the only thing you have against this bad bitch then it’s obvious you’re just a butt hurt fan of the artist Kanye.
Debbie Wasserman Schultz– Former head of the DNC and the mortal enemy of every organic food eating, Bernie Sanders supporting, college student in America. They even say her middle name when talking about her like people do for Lee Harvey Oswald or John Wilkes Booth because she assassinated Bernie Sanders’ chances at keeping Donald out of the White House. There is a legitimate claim to her being hated so I’ll let this one slide.
Complex listed the next two people together but since they will probably take offense to not being recognized as unique individuals I’ll tackle them separately.
Lena Dunham– Remember the clowns? Lena Dunham is just a scarier and more hated version of the clowns. This bitch deserves to be on this list more than anyone. She was so fucking obnoxious this year. If I had a time machine I would go back to when Lena’s mom was pregnant with her little pail of pork fat, and show her a video of Lena opening her mouth to talk about abortion. Maybe that would convince her mom to clean that shit out and try again. Way to go Complex
Amy Schumer– (and Amy Schumer’s tramp stamp) It says a lot about Amy this year that she can be so easily paired with Lena Dunham by Complex. Seeing that made me actually feel bad for the girl. I’m not going to say that she doesn’t deserve it though. I’ve written about how much Amy has sucked this year. She needs to stop doing terrible Old Navy commercials and change everything that led her to be considered so close with Lena Dunham.
What the hell Complex? That was a disappointing list. Where was the Cincinnati Zoo. Know how many death threats they received earlier this year? Kevin Durant? He came out as a piece of shit this year. What about death? No one liked death this year. I’ll be on the lookout in late December of 2017 and you had better of stepped your game up.
